Geraldine McClements from Loughguile Credit Union visited our school this week to hand out Credit Union school savings scheme packs to all our children. She will return to St Anne's every Wednesday after mid term to lodge the children's money in their own account and record in their savings books so they can see their small savings every week grow. We think this is a wonderful initiative which encourages the children to get into the habit of saving from an early age and we encourage as many children as possible to get involved.
