P4/5 Chutney Making

As the start of their mini enterprise, P4/5 made their apple & plum chutney using the fruit from the trees at the front of our school. This ties in nicely with the food preservation aspect of our World Around Us topic 'Vikings' and the STEM investigations. Thanks to Bernie Connolly, Ann McAllister and Angela Casey for their help. The children hope to turn a tidy profit from their efforts in the run up to Christmas!
