We had a special ‘Red Day’ assembly this morning to wish Loughgiel minor hurling, intermediate camogie and senior camogie teams the best of luck in their county championship finals and Ulster championship games, all being played over this very busy weekend.
As we are a GAA 5 Star Centre, what better opportunity to have a go at this weeks 5 star Hand Pass Skill Challenge! Our very own Logan and Emma McMullan from the senior camogie team both got 29 hand passes in 30 seconds- just behind Mags D’Arcy’s target of 33- not bad at all!
Many thanks to Emma, Anna, Katie, Kevin and Michael for taking the time to come in and meet the children and a special Good Luck from the Corkey Kids to Miss Lynn! I’m sure they will be out in force over the weekend to cheer you all on.
