A busy day in P1/2 ๐
24th Feb 2025
We got off to a busy start this week! P1 started the day with their Jolly Phonics, they are working on their new sound ‘u’. We had music today and we were using the musical instruments to keep a steady beat ๐ฅ In numeracy we are learning about time and today we were working on ordering our days of the week. To finish off the day we did a science investigation. We have been learning about the animals in the cold lands and today we did ‘A Blubber Glove’ investigation to see how polar animals stay warm in the icy cold waters ๐ฅถ They boys and girls predicted their hand in the blubber glove would stay warmer than their hand with nothing covering it, and their predictions were correct โ๏ธ
