Another busy day in P1 & 2
We had a busy Monday today in Primary 1 and 2.
In Numeracy we started a new topic, we are now learning about 3D shape. We discussed different 3D shapes we might find at home, then worked with our partners to investigate the 3D shapes - some of the shapes rolled, some slid and we could use some of the shapes to build with. Then we worked in groups to try and build one big tower using different 3D shapes.
In World Around Us we were using different senses to see if we liked the smell and taste of different vegetables. We smelled and tastes turnip, carrots, parsnip and sweet corn. The vegetables were a big hit with most of the boys in girls in P1&2!
