Happy Hallowe'en from P1 & P2

P1 & P2 have had a busy few weeks getting ready for Hallowe'en. 

First we carved a pumpkin. We all got a chance to take some slimy seeds out of the pumpkin. Then Miss Lynn carved a face in our pumpkin, lit a candle and put it inside the pumpkin. We turned out the lights to see our spooktacular pumpkin glow in the dark! 

We also got to make some delicious chocolate witches. We melted some chocolate and Niamh helped us to cover our apples with the chocolate. We then gave our witches some spooky sugar eyes, strawberry lace hair and a smile. 

We think our witches look terrifyingly tasty and can't wait to eat them! 

Everyone in P1&2 has worked extremely hard since we came back to school and we are all ready for our break! We hope you all have a safe and Happy Halloween!
