Our Painted Stones
Michelle & Lynette from St.Anne’s PTA called in to school today to distribute our newly varnished painted stones to each pupil.
Each pupil received a Hi-Vis vest donated by Specsavers Ballymena.
The pupils were asked to hide their colourful stones somewhere in the village over the next few days. Then pupils are going to try to find other stones & pick up 2-3 pieces of litter in that area. They will hopefully take a photo of the stone and the rubbish they collect, then post it on the PTA Facebook page so we can all have a look!
What a great way to get our pupils out walking & also a great way to clean up the village!
Remember to stay safe when out & about searching for stones. Good luck everyone!
