Outdoor Learning in P1/2
16th Oct 2020
We have really been making the most of this beautiful, dry, crisp Autumn weather in P1 and P2. We explored the trees in our local environment and gathered leaves. We used our powers of observation to identify the names of the leaves. We then sorted the leaves according to their type. We discovered that there are mainly beech, ash, holly and hawthorn trees around our school. From our collection we could conclude that there are lots of beech trees in our school grounds.
