P5&6 Maths Week

This week for Maths Week Ireland we have enjoyed lots of different activities. We learned about the Mayan Number System and Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man. We did lots of measuring which included measuring our arm span and height to see if they match like the Vitruvian Man. 

We also did an activity where we had to estimate how long 30 seconds lasted and then how long 1 minute lasted. We learned a lot and had great fun along the way.
