P7 ‘Eat Well, Be Well’ Programme

Our P7s have been taking part in the Northern Health and Social Care Trust ‘Eat Well, Be Well’ programme. The lessons have been brilliantly delivered by Active Communities coach Diane and the children have learned a lot, having great fun in the process!
This week the children focused on hydration, an important factor to consider when we want to perform at our best in school or in play. A great game of Olympic handball went down a treat also!
