The freezing weather couldn't cool the Corkey Kids' excitement on Friday as they left a snowy St Anne's to hit the Grand Opera House for their annual trip to the panto!
This year it was Peter Pan and was an excellent show. The children had a great time cheering on Peter and Tink, booing Hook and maybe becoming a little afraid of the huge crocodile (oh yes they did...)! A special well done to Fianna who showed off her musical talents with May in a special rendition of 'The Music Man' (hopefully Smee's balloon instructions worked out as planned...!)
A huge thank you to St Anne's PTA for covering the bus costs and to all our staff who stayed late on a Friday evening to allow this fantastic trip to happen.
Looking forward to next year already!
