Children's Mental Health Week

As part of Children's Mental Health Week, our P5,6 and 7 children took part in an online workshop by HIP Psychology on the theme of Managing Anxiety. It was a fun interactive afternoon where our children interacted through Zoom and Kahoot quizzes with Cormac, the host, and 10 other schools, learning why we become anxious and how their toolbox of strategies to manage anxiety help to get them do their best.
