Sensational Skipping
Loughgiel senior hurler and county star, James McNaughton, heard through the grapevine that the boys and girls of St. Anne’s Corkey are taking part in a Virtual Sports Day. He has challenged us to practise skipping every day. As you can see from his video, skipping is a great form of exercise and it helps improve your speed and footwork, which are major skills, especially for the hurlers, camogiers and footballers among us!
He asked me to pass along the message that, the skipping challenge is not just for the pupils; but parents, teachers and assistants can also get involved!
Good luck everyone. I think this is a tough act to follow!
