Term 2 so far in P1&2 ❄️☃️😊

What a busy half term P1&2 have had!! Our topic has been The Cold Lands 🥶 We learned about some animals from the cold lands, we learned about how people keep warm in the cold lands. We learned about animals here in Ireland and what different animals do during the winter months! We painted beautiful winter pictures and snowflakes, we used different materials to make Jack Frost and we made our own winter information books! We used LEGO to try and build igloos and dens for the animals of the cold lands!! For our role play we were exploring the arctic! We had polar explorers and polar bears! The boys and girls have been working so hard and really enjoyed our Cold Lands topic work!
