Working with wool
28th Apr 2020
Fianna, one of our P6 pupils, has been keeping busy on the farm during Lockdown. After her Daddy shears the sheep, Fianna rolls up all the wool for the wool bales. She learned this skill from a wool handler from Scotland who came to stay with them and work on the farm a few years ago.
Fianna is obviously a quick learner and has been a brilliant help on the farm.
I think we will be seeing this little lady at Balmoral show in the years to come!
Well done Fianna!
