Literacy

PHONICS:  See worksheet in your child's bag for reinforcement of letter sound kicking ‘e’

READING - See new reading book in your child's bag and sign reading record. Continue to practise early reading skills suggested yesterday. Also, revisit 'Here' Book nightly.  Point at words as you read them.  Count words on each page and point at first / last word etc.

READING WORDS - We have been working on recognition of our reading words all week.  Please play 'Pairs Game' in your Child's bag to help them develop visual recall of reading book words 'look' 'in' 'here' 'no' 'not' 'yes'

Numeracy

See enclosed worksheet on counting pennies on bag

Grow in Love

Please complete pg.19 in Grow in Love Book, ‘We get ready’ If you didn’t get pg. 18 finished in school today, please complete tonight.
