Please find your homework below:

Literacy

Please call out the words on the list (List 7) for your child to try and write all by themselves into their red writing book. Their writing book is in their school bag along with their strip of words. 

Variation – if your child is struggling with this break the word up for them into individual sounds, e.g. c – a – t and only do 5 words from the list.

Reading 

Check Reading Record. Remember you can go on Reading Eggs for some extra reading practice

BLENDING LIST - Continue to practise blending sounds to read words on your word list.

Numeracy

MENTAL MATHS - Continue to revise adding on 1 by asking your child mental maths questions, e.g. 3+1 / 1+7 etc.

Grow in Love

Please complete pg.63 in Grow in Love Book, ‘Tell the Story.’ – think about different ways we can honour Mary during the month of May
