Thank you so much for all the beautiful grandparent photographs so far. We will need all photos in for Wednesday 18^th January if you would like them included in our grandparent assembly.  Also, if you could send a few words about your grandparent that would be great - see homework from last Monday for details.

Literacy

SPELLINGS – Worksheet 10.2 begin to learn week 10 spellings

READING –see reading record and please sign.

PHONICS - Revise recognition of sounds and writing sounds.  Jolly Phonic table is attached.

Numeracy

We are continuing to add on 3 this week. Play train game using rods and enclosed dice.  Throw dice and add 3 onto number shown.  Select that rod from box and place on table.  Partner does the same.  Do this 6 times and the player with the longest train wins.  Pupils have played this at school! (A number line is in your child's bag should they need it.)
